The Dodge City Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors cordially invites you to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting & Chamber Banquet, our premier winter celebration of the business community.

This special evening brings together Chamber members, community leaders, and guests for dinner, recognition, and a look ahead at what’s next for Dodge City.

Important Seating Information:
Seating is first come, first served unless you have secured a VIP Table Sponsorship. Standard table sponsorships do not include reserved seating.

👉 VIP Tables are the only option that guarantees a reserved table and seating for your group.

We encourage early arrival if sitting together is important to you.

All sponsorship levels are responsible for decorating a table.

Tables are not reserved unless a VIP Table Sponsorship has been purchased.

If you have a large group or would like to sit together at a specific table, we strongly encourage your group to arrive together when doors open at 6:00 PM. Seating is first come, first served for all non-VIP sponsors.

Reserved tables and seating are available exclusively through the VIP Table Sponsorship.
