The 2019 National Beef Smokin’ Saddles Barbeque Contest is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) and Oklahoma Barbeque Society (OKBS). This official cook-off is entering its 29th year as the best BBQ contest in Southwest Kansas! Come see some of the best chefs in the West compete for over $15,000 awarded in cash and prizes! There will be food vendors and the ever popular Budlight Tailgate Experience. Event Sponsors include Q-97, Z-98 and La Ke Buena. A 2019 Dodge City Days lapel pin is required for entry into the park.
