9:30 a.m. – THE NATIONAL BEEF SMOKIN’ SADDLES OFFICIAL BBQ CONTEST – DOUBLE HEADER!

The 2021 National Beef Smokin’ Saddles Barbeque Contest is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS), Oklahoma Barbeque Society (OKBS), and the Rocky Mountain Barbeque Association (RMBBQA). This official cook-off is entering its 31st year as the best BBQ contest in Southwest Kansas! Come see world famous Pitmasters compete for over $20,000 awarded in cash and prizes! Back by popular demand, the Hilmar Cheese Public Hamburger Feed! Enjoy a free hamburger provided by Cargill and National Beef and stay and enjoy the ever popular Budlight Tailgate Experience. Event Sponsors include, Smokin with Smithfield, Western Beverage, Q-97, Z-98 and La Ke Buena.
